Schweitzer Mountain and Lake

While out looking for new spots to get some shots. I happen to find this little beach along the road with a fantastic view of Schweitzer Mountain over looking the lake. it seemed to be open to the public. As I was down taking the shots for this photo I heard a few gun shots coming from the house up on the hill on the other side of the road. As I looked up to see what was going on. I was informed I was trespassing. I didn't realize that the 15 feet of beach was their's. Who Knew. Got to love North Idaho's way of informing you are on someone's private property. Got a fantastic shot though and no bullet in the ass.
